Executive Driver/ Chauffeur
Job Description

 

Serve as a driver for executives, clients, guest and associates for the organization. 

Drive to and from airports, meetings, appointments, events and any other needs necessary.

Adhere to all schedules

Ensure prompt transportation

Responsible to assure company vehicle is maintained clean and presentable

Assure company vehicle is fueled at all times

Report any issues with company vehicles immediately

Open and close the doors for passengers at all times

Assure all items for passengers are in vehicle

 

 

Requirements

Minimum 2 year driving experience for executives, professional environment and limousine vehicles

Good DMV record and valid California Driver’s License/current DMV record required

Must be proficient in Mandarin language in addition to the English language

Must have professional appearance and demeanor

Must be able to work flexible schedule (weekdays, weekends and evening when required) approx. 80 hrs. mo.

Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Able to multi-task and remain composed at all times

Regional Sales Representative - Southern California
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Regional Sales Representative is an integral part of the sales team and has first-hand knowledge of the company products. They are responsible for selling product, services and solutions to customers within their specified geographic territory. The Regional Sales Representative will conduct most of their work outside of the business office and will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of their existing and prospective customers, competitors and trends that may impact any buying decision. The Regional Sales Representative works directly with the Sales Manager within their division.    
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
·       Manage and maintain regular contact information for sales prospects and existing customers.
·       Generate and develop business accounts in order to increase revenue, through cold calling.
·       Prepare estimates and sales orders that meet specific customer needs.
·       Arrange and direct delivery of product to customer.
·       Educating customers about the product and its features, and presenting them with effective and detailed information.
·       Schedule visits or meetings with clients within their sales territory.
·       Travel to prospective locations to establish leads, introduce and maintain the relationship of an existing customer account.
·       Consult with customers after sales or contract signings in order to resolve any problems and to provide ongoing support.
·       Liaison between the company and the customer for up-to-date information on pricing, services and latest product release launches.
·       Interact with various sales associates and departments within the organization.
·       Assist in the development of marketing plans and sales strategies to increase the chances of increasing sales.
·       Use marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
·       Attend trade show events.
·       Perform other duties and projects as required.

 

Requirements
·       Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the bus sales environment.
·       Must possess professional selling skills, negotiation tactics, perseverance, loyalty, and high-energy
·       Strong work ethics, excellent communication skills verbal and written and be able to work in a fast paced environment
·       Ability to work independently
·       Ability to multi task and deal with shifting and overlapping in priorities
·       Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

Information Technology Administrator (IT Administrator)
Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
 
Maintain and administer computer networks (LAN and WAN) and related environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, telecommunication systems, and all configurations. Also will work in collaboration with international company’s IT department to assure all communications are working accurately.

R
ESPONSIBILITIES:   
 
Day-To-Day hardware and software testing and support in a Windows environment

·       Install new hardware, software, utilities and monitoring tools and apply patch releases and security enhancements as required

·       Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve all networking and telecommunication system problems

·       Plan, coordinate and implement measures to ensure data backup and disaster recovery systems are in order and working properly

·       Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection software

·       Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use

·       Monitor performance to determine whether adjustments need to be made, and to determine where changes will need to be made in the future

·       Recommend and execute modifications to systems/applications in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance

·       Develop or update plans for information technology projects

·       Consulting with vendors and clients for hardware/software purchases, product services and support;·       Ensure that assigned Systems/Applications workstations and servers comply with established policies, standards, licensing agreements, and configuration guidelines

·       Plans, recommends and assists in the design of telecommunications systems; researches and recommends equipment

·       Coordinates the ordering and installation of telecommunications and data systems equipment and cabling; maintains inventory of all equipment

·       Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements   QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

 ·       Any combination of education and training in related field and/or 5 year work experience in related field

·       High technical aptitude for both new and existing PC and applications technologies

·       Solid understanding of PC computing concepts and basic networking technologies and wireless technologies

·       Experience with MAS200 and JobOps a big plus

·       Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills, and ability to identify and implement creative solutions

·       Analytical and detailed oriented to monitor utilization and cost effectiveness of services

·       A keen knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Applications a must

·       Flexibility and the ability to multitask is an important skill to effectively handle the varying priorities and activities that often occur simultaneously

·       Employee should be self-motivation and be able to work independently

·       Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with both technical and business community members at all levels of management

·       Ability to travel approx. 25%
