Meet the Staff
Robb Bennett
Vice President
Robb Bennett is brand new to the Krystal team. Robb has worked in the automotive industry for the past 15 years. He has big plans to take Krystal to the next level with his wonderful team, overseeing sales, and day to day operations. When Robb is not working he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and 3 beautiful children.
Robert Hathaway
Chief Financial Officer
Robert is relatively new to Krystal having joined the company in June of 2011. He has an MBA from the University of Kentucky and he is a CPA. Robert’s background includes more than 20 years of experience guiding manufacturing companies to greater growth and profitability through process improvements, strategic and tactical planning, developing creative financing arrangements and cost management. Robert currently lives in Tustin Ranch with his wife Denise and their four children.
Scott Carrano
Controller
Scott Carrano has served as Controller or Director of Finance for over 15 years in large public companies such as Public Storage, AeroVironment, Caterpillar, Dover Corporation. He previously worked with KPMG in the Los Angeles Office and holds an MBA and is a licensed CPA in California. Scott also volunteers by providing economic, accounting and financial education courses to higher education institutions and professional organizations.
Eneida Gomez
HR Manager
Eneida Gomez has been with Krystal since 2006 as the Human Resources Manager, managing human resources, EHS and Payroll for Krystal. Eneida brings over 15 years of in-depth experience and leadership in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Training, Payroll and Risk Management. She has management experience and background of repeated success implementing best practices and building successful HR departments from the ground up.
Amy Koga
Office Manager
Amy Koga has worked at Krystal for the past 7 years. She is the office Manager, and has many roles in order to keep Krystal running on all cylinders. She is a hard worker, and comes to work every day with a great attitude.
Louie Alvarez
Plant Manager
Louie Alvarez has worked at Krystal since 1984. He has seen Krystal grow from a small operation into the dominating company that it is today. With the many jobs that Louie overseas, Krystal owes a great deal of it's success to him. He is a hard worker and continues to strive to take Krystal even further into the future with product design, and insight.
David Reagan
Research and Developement Manager
David Reagan has worked at Krystal since 1986. His day to day operations include over seeing production and heading the R & D department. He has held many positions at Krystal throughout his years, and is a valuable Krystal employee.
Ralph Garcia
QC Manager
Ralph Garcia has been part of the Krystal team since 1997 as the Quality Manager and the administrator of the QVM, CMC, CQC and GSA programs. Ralph's background includes more than 20 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing, retail and customer service industry. Ralph currently resides in Orange County, CA with his wife Carol and thier son Jonathan. Ralph has been active in and enjoys coaching his sons pony league baseball team.
John MacKinney
Bus Sales Manager
John has worked in several capacities within Krystal's Bus Division since 2000. In March of 2010, he was promoted to Bus Sales Manager. John attended both Columbia University in New York and Cal State Fullerton earning a B.A in History. John has been active in the community, working with youth football organizations in both Anaheim and Riverside. He currently resides in Riverside, CA with his wife Kim, and their four children.
Sue Reagan
Executive Assistant for Robb Bennett
Sue Reagan has worked at Krystal for over 20 years. She assists our dealers with all their needs as well as handling Krystal’s house accounts. She is responsible for the shipping of both new and used vehicles, once they are ready to be delivered to the clients. She has proven to be a valuable employee and a great asset to Krystal.
